Fraudilent practices!

After I obtained a pre-accepted credit card solicitation from Orchard Bank, it mentioned nothing about yearly costs linked to the card. Then when I named to react to solicitation, the very first thing I requested a merchant account consultant was whether the card had an annual charge. I had been assured it didn't. I managed to get clear that until the card had no yearly charge and also the initial RATE was secured at per cent for that first 12 weeks, I'd no-interest whatsoever to start that consideration.
