Customer service/equipment problems

Spend no less than $50.00 per month for running, even when I dont use my device. The equipment never works. I've had it changed atleast 4 occasions and also have been handled excessively rude by customer support. They stated I will update for $40 more per month. It has got to become probably the most costly control business actually. $250 to obtain from the agreement. The corporation sucks!!! Steer clear!!!
