Harrasment, Unprofessional Attitude

Since I got a car loan with these people, first they were called Triad, then RoadLoans.com now Drive. The current Drive Financial is so shady they dont even list a real address on their website, just PO boxes in Dallas.

First, they will harass you about payments starting on the first of the month. And they are so rude. I had one lady yell at me (yes, yell) that i "should of thought of that when i borrowed from them" to which i pointed out they bought my loan. I've had them curse at me (yes, profanity) and demand payment as i was driving.in the last few months they start ringing my cellphone in the early morning and don't stop all day on the first of the month.

Today got even better when they called and demanded payment - I replied that they hadn't sent me a bill. The rep puts me on hold, checks, comes back and says "yes sir, we did not mail that bill out" and so i said "how can i pay a bill you didnt send me?" to which he replies "sir, you have a responsibility to send a payment on the first..." to which i respond "and to what address and what amount?" and he repeats himself.

So now they aren't even mailing out bills on time (probably so they can add more charges).

This company is the worst, i mean worst, I ever dealt with. I've now set up an auto payment on my bank account so i can take their billing out of the picture.

If you ever have the chance to take a car loan out with any Santander property (drive, roadloans) run, dont walk, to another dealer. And search online, i've found dealer reports saying they dropped them from their loan offerings after customers came back to them upset.
