Ripoff victimized many consumers they have me listed as being responsible for a mortgage on a property that I don't own, in a state that I've never been to

I am freaking out. This company has had my mortgage for less than 3 months, and already they have me listed as being responsible for a mortgage on a property that I don't own, in a state that I've never been to, with a person as co-borrower that I've never even met (also whom I assume has access to all my personal SSN info etc. Since I have access to hers), for an amount almost double to that which my actual mortgage payments
are and further, even though they have cashed my checks on-time (and I have my bank statements to prove it) they say I am delinquent and are screwing with my credit rating. This is insanity! I don't know where to start to get this fixed since all my phone calls and faxes and letters since Feb 28th have been useless—nothing has been remedied, in fact is just gets worse! If anyone out there has any suggestions to save me from
this nightmare, pls pls pls respond. Thankyou.
