FAIRBANKS CORP ripoff

I refinance in November by January of I recieved a letter stating new mortgage company, and if I had any questios regarding my loan will have to wait until 1/29/03. So by 2/1/03 I had called Fairbanks Corp. To explain to them that my homeowners ins. And impound was not added to my account.

It's know April 3, and I still haven't had a answer from them regarding my insurance. Iv'e called them numberous times about this and I'm getting the run around, not to mentioned that I never recieved a monthly statement from them, unitl I called and called.

I'm very disappointed with this new mortgage comp. And I hope that no other family will have to put up with this, because it's been a very stressfull time and I'm afraid that somewhere down the line we are going to be responsible for any unecessary billing.

I'm frustated with Fairbanks and their so call reps. Please be sure to read any fine lines when it comes to your home or any other purchasing before signing your life away.
