I was filing a report on Unionbay Financial Group from Newport, RI as well because I was a victim of fraud.

I was searching for loans one day on the internet and recieved a reply from a person named Aubrey Hernandez, she contacted me and said I was approved for a loan and gave me my options and sent me legal documents. I did research before I proceed and appeared to me that they were a true bank. She said I had to put a 15% down payment to secure my loan and as soon as they recieve the loans they would be able to directly deposit into my banking account.

I believed her and sent the funds, however, as the time went by I didnt recieve my funds and realized something was wrong. The last time I spoke to Aubrey was February 6 and she said that they could send me my funds back in a cashier check until 14 business days. Well its pass that and I have contacted her numerous times and didnt recieve a phone call back. I did some research and came upon this website and notice that someone from a different state went through what I went through. We are both victims from this fraud bank. Please help us get our money back and stop this "Aubrey Hernandez" before she hurts anyone else. I cant afford losing some much money to people like her and other fraud companies. Its not fair for us who are innocent. Please help me and the other victims to stop them.
