Charge my checking account without authorization

PS Prevention Solutions has billed my bank account $298 from Centra Credit Union on 11/06/08 without my understanding and my agreement. Both my spouse and that I have attempted to contact them. They possibly do not answer the phone call or informed us that they can check into this and problem reimbursement check. We've approached them since early November till today but still obtained no reimbursement check back. It appeared they have a method to grab my bill number and lender path quantity to create a check. This must be halted. I'd prefer to understand whether there's in whatever way to obtain my cash back.
