Unauthorized deductions from checking account

On Nov 20 my spouse accidentally published a chek on a merchant account that people do not use and just maintain minimum resources in. A couple weeks later I obtained a declaration in the lender stating a check was delivered and was billed from the lender a $30.00 charge. The check was redeposited before I really could get resources in to the consideration and therefore incurred another charge. At this time the payee delivered this to Check On redi who delivered me a notice staing that I had a need to spend $55. Oo ($25.00 charge $30.00 quantity of check) that we had shipped for them. Next issue I understand Check redi redeposited check again that we had the resources to address but additionally experimented with obtain the $25.00 charge that we never approved them to get of my bill. Our issue is the fact that I do want to understand if this really is authorized and certainly will I recover the extra charge my lender billed when I didn't have resources to protect the $25.00 charge that Check Redi experimented with consider from my consideration without my understanding or acceptance?
