Thorntenburg Shapiro & Assoc Heritage Thorntenburg Heritage Financial Holdings contacted regarding debt included in bankruptcy over 7 years old Stockbridge

Business & Finance

Received a call my my mother upset. She had just hung up from a call with someone named "Sally" who said that she was going to put a warrant out for my arrest for check fraud. She gave me "Sally's" number and I called "Sally" who informed me that the call was being recorded and that she was calling for a check I wrote to Ace Check Cashing. I informed her that the debt was almost a decade old and I had filed bankruptcy and included them in the filing. She confirmed that it was seven years old and then informed me that she was "trying to help me" because her company "was in the process of filing a warrant" for my arrest. She stated that she needed my information. I told her that I would not be giving her my information, my attorney had informed Ace of the bankruptcy and that I had done my part by returning her call and giving her more information than I was required and she should do what she wanted to do. I hung up and filed a complaint with the ftc.
