N50 They took my clients money and never returned it when they said they would when they denied file

Nick satel gave me an LOI - then took off on vacation for 2-3 weeks, then when he got back told me they could not do the file. It was in the contract that if they could not - my client would get his 5,000 back. He also implied that he was a lender and those were his companies funds - when in reality - they are nothing but a broker... I lost that loan because of it and lost my clients trust, which cost me a lot more than he took from him. This guy obviously doesnt know what he is doing and will give anyone an LOI and take their money - then go on a vacation with that money
