Incorrect late fees & finance charges

They've and therefore are still chaging me late charges on overdue charges and fund costs on overdue fees complete at this time by 3-9-09 $246.63. I initially required this credit from Hughis flooring in charlotte, NC for $8500.00 equivalent funds for 24 mos. I settled this down three mos early because of their change in my own monthly obligations. I created funds for them totaling $8569.00. I've delivered 22 characters for them such as the boss and numerous telephone calls simply to get transferred and hungup on. They've delivered this to 2 various credit companies and numerous calls to my house. I've never not settled a statement while you can easily see from my credit history I've excelent credit and today I've this like a damaging on my statement.
