Stole money from my account for months at a time

I went on freecredit report.com to check my credit. The only thing helpful that happened is that they actually did help me find out my mother was stole my credit and identity.

However after going through my bank account months later I realized that two installments of 29.95 were being taken out from privacy matters, who I had no recolation of giving my check card number to.

So I called and cancelled it. They sent me back the money from the last month that they took it.

Honestly. Not even an hour ago I was looking at my checking account because i kept getting phone calls from these companies claiming they want to give me a $50 Gas card for staying with VISA for so long.

The first time they called I was half awake and they told me they wanted to give me a $50 gas card and to try out a discount card that I would have to cancel in a week or else i would be charged. I was just saying ok all the way through. They already knew my account number, my addess, my birthday, They knew EVERYTHING...

My girlfriend told me it sounded wierd but I wasn't sure. Then they called me again two weeks later saying the same thing only this time they said they would give me a wal-mart discount card. I knew something was wrong then because I never even got the first card.

I really lost it when the person on the other line said that thier name was "Mike Shinoda". I told him to hold on and asked my girl "Isn't Mike Shinoda" the lead singer from Linkin Park? She said yeah and I went back on the phone and cursed him out and demanded to know how he got my number and all my info.

The only thing I got from him was that I "supposedly" ordered from shopping essentials and thats how they got my info. Now whenever they call I tell them to take me off whatever list they have.

I checked earlier today and those "discount cards" they sent me (which I still after a month have not even recieved) from both savingsmart, and clubsave took $20 from my account.

I literally just got finished cancelling both cards which i never agreed to in the first place.
