Overdrafts from account on an account i never opened tampa florida

I opened an account at Bank of America in Orlando, Fl so I could get my pay.ccS (without my permission, I never gave them my acct#) tried to get money out of this account. Somehow another account was opened charging me with overdrafts from CCS trying to get money 3 times every 2 weeks with and without my middle initial.

Bank of America after 3 months closed this account (I closed my checking account before I left the state). They never contacted me and sent it to collections. I wrote to Bank of America and the collection agency denying these charges and haven't heard back from either one. It has been almost 3 months.

I just received a bill from ANOTHER collection agency for the same thing. Is this legal? What do I do now? I will gladly join any class action lawsuit that is being filed!!
