Unauthorized charges

I requested a Madonna top on 11/21/08 and obtained it in a reasonable fashion. Nevertheless, the top was also little and so I delivered it on 12/19/08 via USPS. I adopted all of the directions in the bill including covering the item and required a complete refund. The return must have just obtained 2-3 months so when I'dnot obtained any verification that my demand was being prepared by 1/31/09; I delivered fanfire a contact. A contact reply was delivered exactly the same evening requesting the insurance tracking number. I responded with my following range, however the e-mail returned in my experience as 'undeliverable'. On 2/6/09, I called fanfire to inquire of the status and their customer service rep advised that I would only receive the price of the shirt; which was $34.95 instead of the $47.30 (what I was charged). She stated I actually donot obtain the $8.95 delivery cost or even the duty back, and perhaps they are maintaining $4.00 like a re stocking charge.'Absurd!' I asked to get a manager, was positioned on store to get a complete five minutes and also the same repetition delivered towards the telephone (not the manager) to inform me they'll renounce the $4.00 re stocking charge. I sensed which was undesirable and requested to get a supervisor again. I told the supervisor that their return policy ought to be plainly noticeable just before purchase and to be honest, used to donot actually begin to see the return policy online.
