On 2/17/09 a cost of $9.95 was put into my consideration... For regular costs for FUN FAMILY BENEFITS.
I've NOT, REPLICATE, NOT registered such strategy as this, and resent being
Charged because of it. The research # for this cost is: 24692169044000709966802
How do I understand this cost corrected?

JC Penneys includes a strategy with this specific title... However they don't cost for this whatsoever.
I mistook the cost to be from their store... And approached them to obtain the
Cost eliminated... However they advised me that THEIR PROGRAM DOESN'T HAVE ANY COST RELATED TO IT.
