Fraud and scam

Our mortgage servicer is Ocwen Loan Servicing. Like others below, my mortgage is in payoff time and it has just-ended. Unlike others, I've had the resources for a few months to repay Ocwen / HSBC NA and also have been declined benefit notice and benefit amount. Numerous calls towards the businesses lawyer and also to Ocwen came up empty-handed. I'm searching for people in Michigan which are getting the same issue. I'm battling this in courtroom because they are today attempting to evict us in the house. We're reacting using the reasons that people have now been attempting to benefit the mortgage thru the payoff time and Ocwen has declined to provide us the required benefit info. Really Ocwen mentioned the residence was a REO whenever we were still in payoff time and informed us that people shouldn't actually maintain the house.

We actually had a genuine estate broker reveal that Ocwen states the house was a REO and he attempted to obtain it directly together and wound up informing us to maneuver out for just two months after which purchase the home back in a discount.
