Credit Card Problems

I chose to be considered a great customer and in the place of obtaining document statements for my Neimanmarcus charge card togo with e-claims. I monitor my credit via a credit agency monitoring support, and that I obtained a notice stating that there is a big change to my credit report. After I checked into this, I then found out that Neimanmarcus had set an adverse request into my credit report. I called-up the financial institution cost company that addresses Neimanmarcus' bank card plus they stated that they'd delivered me my claims for both December and January which since I have hadnot compensated they delivered me towards the credit organization. For that report, I never obtained an electric declaration, or did I get a document notice or perhaps a telephone call informing me my cost was overdue or due! And today I've a in to the charge card compnay along with a criticism in to the credit agencies.
