Unknown Credit

I requested AT-T u verse support twice in a-2 month time. Despite a great-really good credit score from all 3 credit agencyis, having a mortgage, charge cards, along with a mobile phone through AT&T for a long time, I had been refused about the reasons of my credit history.

The web site then offered mean 800-number to phone, and after calling and waiting on-hold for more than 20 units, was informed that my credit returned "unidentified" which I'd get a notice, after which would need to follow up using the credit agency. (for That report, I ripped all 3 credit agency reviews on me, and never one arrived back with something apart from my great-really good credit score)

Today, I had been currently frustrated at this time, then when used to donot get the earlier mentioned notice from either software (after many months), I called back and was informed that the supervisor might contact me back. Yes, right. Never heard back, and am not able to get anybody slightly useful about the telephone.

Next thing was to document a using the BBB, that we did. The organization did react to the criticism, but clearly did not read it, as their reaction was fundamentally what I had been informed about the telephone. (that I Would have to follow up using the credit agency after I obtained the non existent notice).

I am canceling my cell support together ASAP, and staying with Satellite Television... Completely worthless organization.
