Rip-off led me to believe I was getting a credit card they sent me a book & a piece of plastic

Consumer First lied about what they were giving me thet led me to believe that they were sending me a credit card but they sent me a stupid book with a bunch of junk i didnt want or need and a piece of plastic to order stuff out a book but i would have to send in up front money in a check or money order to even get sometihng out of trhe book. They took my money and lied about there web-site that doesnt exist
