Always issues with online order

I have placed several orders through MBS Direct and every time, there is always an issue. The last problem i had with them was when i placed an order online. I order my class material online and picked the right book but when i recieved it, it was the wrong book. They claimed that that was the book i ordered but when it was ordered online, it was the right one. They refused to exchange the book for me and told me they could waive the shipment fee only but i would loose money on the book and my classes had already started. I would have to wait for another 2 weeks to send the book back and get a new one when it was their fault in the first place.

Also, the issue i had today March 20 is that i placed an order online and it didnot indicate that the book was out of stock. I placed the order and called them to confirm and it was informed that it was out of stock and they would not get it for another couple of weeks and that i could cancel my order and my card was not charged yet because it was on backorder. I later called to cancel the order and the lady told me that the order was already charged to my card! Seriously, have you gotten the book in stock? I asked, and she said no. So why was my card charged? She said she was "SORRY". Sorry is not going to give me my money back today to place an order somewhere else that has the book. Now, i am in the situation that my money is being held by MBS direct for book that they dont even have and were not supposed to charge my account until the book is stock. Therfore, they violated my consumer right by charging my account without having the product of which they advertised. I spoke to the supervisor that apolozied for this mistake but i told her that "Sorry" is not going to fix this situation. I cannot do my homework or use my money to get the textbook somewhere else. I am so frustrated with this company. I always have issues with them all the time and they do not put their customer first. I only had to use them because my school UMUC uses them as their bookstore. Please DO NOT USE MBS Direct to order your books as they are a Ripoff and will give you the run for your money. Try other websites.
