Worst customer service

DTE regularly makes payment mistakes, blames it on customers, costs the customers, and will not proper (and sometimes even examine any issues).

First, after I shifted into this home and moved my support from my previous address, they never delivered a statement towards the new address. They turn off my support, billed me to reconnect, and insisted that I'd never been a person! I'd existed a distance away, and been a DTE client for eight years preceding. They stated my past address didn't occur, as well as after I supplied copies of four years-worth of DTE expenses at that tackle, they might not discover my consideration, and insisted I had been fresh. I submitted several grievances and not got quality.

2 yrs ago, DTE ceased delivering charges. They attributed it about the postoffice. I registered for "continuing funds" (I thought compelled). I settled all fund costs for late fees. Again, no body replied to my grievances.

This Feb. 09, I acquired a turn off notice. DTE instantly fees my charge card organization (I examined t/CREDIT plus they have compensated), but DTE did not cost the consideration. They really lied and stated that I'd "us-register" for this support, though I've evidence that my card was billed, and that I also provide copies of ebills I've extended to get.

Once more, DTE declines it's the problem of the organization. Once more I've settled the fund costs, but I'm still getting turn off updates

DTEis support is abominable! They handle clients terribly simply because they may — they've no opposition in Oakland Co. It's absurd that people in Mi do not have use of greater support, plus one ought to be completed to place the corporation out-of company!
