Professional Learning Solutins: Financial Prep, Financial Prep is trying to rip me off of $775, A Senior Citizen & Student

A salesperson called me at home on 11/22/08, selling a CPA Exam Review Preparation course, Financial Prep. She convinced me that it was the number one software that would help me get the highest score for the CPA Exam. I was very busy with school. I then tried to review the software and found out that no one heard of Financial Prep, let alone be number one.

To view the software I went on their website after the purchase. It is the most difficult software to understand, not user freindly. The slalesperson told me they were having their before Thanksgiving Day 50% sale. I paid $729 plus $64 additional return shipping. I had to return the softwrare 3 times & insure it. They refused it the first two times. They also go under the name of Adaptive Learning Systems, Examforce & CertTalk.
The salesperson told me that it was satisfaction gurarantee. Since they lied about everything, I requested a refund, Tom Marks refused. He claims that I had tested the software at their website before purchasing. I did not even know about their website until last month, January'09.

Tom also says that I bought the software at a $400 off discount. It is priced at $1,600 at their website. They sell it at a different price to each customer. I found several complaints online from other victims testifying that Financial Prep is a rip off and is plagerized. I am a zenior citizen, student. I don't have time to be making up things or to give away $793. I have to get school loans so I can finish my degree. Other names of officers are: Debra Chase; Senior Sales Consultant; Benjamion Ice, Marketing Manager; Harry Kansnow, Shipping Manager; Melissa Kasnow, Administrative Manager; Neil Marr, Director of IT; Rick Kasnow, Director of Operations; & Kevin T Fordier, President.
The softeare is supposed to come in a box, like it is advertized on their website. I did not even get the software in a box, just in four cheap CD Cases. For $1,400 software, you would think that they could include the box.

Be ware of this company that goes by different names. The software is not even as good as some free softwares we can get online. Besides, I would not want to use s product from a fradulent company that goes around ripping off poor senior citizens, and don't care that we are out of our borrowed money. I would not take their software even if it was free.
