Wells Fargo customer support are merely liars. They'll create any and every try to lay to you just-so they are able to ensure it is difficult in order for them to assist you to. I'm been attempting to use them-and have sent the necessary files for them significantly more than 8-10 times. Every time I contact, they have the ability to somohow provide me the dates files were sent (dates that complement my verification times) but immediately after that, they inform me they've not acquired it. I'm so fed up with dealing with them. Its ridicoulous. I've been a faithful Wachovia client for a long time but I'll shut my bill together and move elsewhere. If wachovia has become section of Wells Fargo its unfortunate. I actually donot care if its various section of company... I simply do not desire to be associated with Wells Fargo.
