After Wachovia transitioned to Wells Fargo, my formerly perfect online bill-pay began to end up having spending the expenses. I realized that I had been benefiting from late charges for outstanding claims, plus some updates the figures were incorrect on my automated cost balances. After I visited the bill-pay I observed wrong figures on balances. I hadn’t handled them-so somebody in bank solutions should have. Obviously Wells Fargo got defensive and attributed Wachovia, Wachovia mentioned it had been Wells Fargo, and OUR APR’s are getting up for atleast the following six months.
I've proof this has occurred all over again this month with American Express. I’m disappointed with Wells Fargo and that I don’t understand what to complete as they’ve screwed-up my prices.
