Where is my money and where is the company?

I registered with Debtco in they've over 9k of my income. Enough cash to repay my charge card, that will be the things they were suppose to complete. I can't conatct them, and so I delivered a need notice as recommended in another website. The charge card business has become contacting about there money, but Debtco has there money, not me. What must I do? Who are able to support? I've looked for a from the businesses; debtco/acushield, do I want a lawyer.
