Debtco, LLC Acu-Shield Financial burning me like Enron did

My husband I had moved to a new city and we knew we had stock left in Enron that we could use to carry us through a tough medical situation. As Enron is crashing and not giving access to our money, I start trying to find a way to pay all the crediters. Debtco called me in 2002 and I signed up. Paid my $995 for the contract fee of their services, which any one of us could do ourselves if we had the time. I then started on my set aside account. Out of $28000.00 in debt they got us down to $15000.00. All of sudden after I got out of the hospital in I remembered I had not heard from them in a while so checked my bank account and they are still debting $150.00 a month, which was $390.00 a month until I had to get that reduced.in 2008 around August I try contacting them and get informed I am no longer a client becuase I have not corresponded with them and I informed them that the phone line, email, snail mail goes both ways. I also got it confirmed that I had over $4000.00 in my account. At this time I told her start settling the rest or send me my money. They acted like they were working on it for a while, like 3 weeks. All of the sudden nothing no correspondence whatsoever and no phone number I have is any good. I am at this time contacting a lawyer and planning my next attack.
