Universal Acceptance Corporation has the most horrible customer service practices I have ever ran into. Trevor and Tammy "financial specialist" or Managers Yell and get verbally abusive on the telephone with customers, treating them like they are criminals or have done something wrong.

They need to be stopped. They ARE CAR HOP! They rip YOU OFF! They REPO your car and RESELL it before you can come up with the cash to get it back AFTER YOU Spend ALL your money on fixing the car they fiance for you. There has to be something done.

I want to file a class action law suit against them, and I need other people they have taken advantage of to join me!
