Yes my car is a LEMON but my main complaint is how rude and unwilling to help THEY ARE. You get the feeling they take pleasure in making things tough. I am going to get legal help this week. I filed a BBB report. I also want to find out what the state attorney generals office can do about this.

Ever person / account managers (who change every week) you talk to (even if it is several times in a day) has no idea what is going on with your account, and makes you prove past conversations. I have even faxed car repair bills to show I needed them to work out a payment. WHO THE HECK RUNS THIS MOUSE HOUSE?

They also call a number at work that is on the national do not call list. Do they not know the law?

How can it be, that there are car companies going down and these idiots are still doing business?
