Sent in post-datred check - they deposited before it was supposed to be deposited causing an over-draft with my bank!

Sent in a post-dated check to regional acceptance. I highlighted the date that it was supposed to be deposited into the bank - and wrote a note with it!

Well they deposited the check three days before it was supposed to be-therefore my bank charged me $35.00 plus regional charged me an extra $25.00. I called the office in Charlotte about it-. The lady I talked to told me that I was stupid and that I would pay for the returned check. She was very unprofessional and very very ugly and rude.

How are professional people allowed to stay in the business field this way? I have never been talked to so ugly in my life and i am fifty seven years old. I try to treat people the way I would like to be treated but some people do not know what to do with kind people. They are such a ripp-off. They make so much money especially on people that they think are too old to know what is going on!
