My husband and I have gone through the same thing that all of these other customers have been through.

1. The added "interest" for late payments (that were never made)
2. The added "insurance" due to lack of insurance (no lapse ever took place)
3. Different people answering the phone and not knowing what's going on

We bought our cars from Donald Craig Suzuki and were accepted by Regional Acceptance. A couple months later, we were informed that we had a lapse in insurance and they have added their own insurance adding over 40 extra dollars per month to our car payment, making our payments over 400... (for a freaking suzuki... UNBELIEVEABLE)

I have spoken with Debbie, Gus, Matt, Tony and they have given us the run around for 3 years. We tried to trade the car in for a larger car and was told we are upside down on our car. I asked what did they mean. And Regional Acceptance told us that we were late making payments so the payments only went to "interest" and after 3 years of a 5 year committment, you're telling me I still owe you over 15,000 for a SUZUKI...

Car Max told us our car was only worth less than 5k, other car places stated the same "upside down" rule. When asked by Regional Acceptance to further explain, we was told the "person in charge" would better explain and of course was not available.

If you want to pay for a car for 10 years that will lose it's value before you even drive off the lot, then use Regional Acceptance... If you want a true financing company... Do your research... STAY AWAY FROM REGIONAL ACCEPTANCE.

Do not talk to Debbie, Matt, (especially Gus) here... I think they get paid to tell their "valued customers" fibbs...

We are praying for them because the bible says... TOUCH NOT MY ANOINTED, and they have just messed with children of the King!!!
