Harassed, accused me of lying

I cashed in my own RRSPis to repay obligations - had 3 fatalities in household & dropped my work - got behind. MBNA was the only real organization that will not take funds, and so I have now been spending $75.00 per pay. Even if I settled the total amount decided, I still got AT-LEAST 1 phone each & every single day - occasionally about the breaks aswell. Every time, I described what I had been performing to some new individual, attempting to remain calm and being as good when I probably might be. About the other hand, for that most part, I came across the folks I talked to at MBNA to become intense, argumentative and demeaning. I eventually talked to some guy 14 days before from the title of Graham Monk at 1-888-222-4146, ext. 10493. Graham paid attention to anything I stated, and said he would publish an agreement to spend the present exceptional quantity - $1800.00 - in 3 components - 3 funds. He explained he'd email me at the office. I waited and waited - no-call back, just my everyday calls bothering me as normal. I named nearly every evening & remaining communications - talked to various people every single day - they stated they quit e-mail communications for Graham - but nonetheless not call-back. Lastly, yesterday after I came property from function, I obtained a note from Graham, stating the negotiation have been approved, and that I was to contact him back. I named him today from function - saying I'd $600.00 - 1/3 of the negotiation - and he explained he'd not decided to 3 funds - only one lumpsum of $1800.00. I expected him if he appreciated our discussion and he explained he had just decided funds of $1800.00 allinone lumpsum. I actually donot like being named a liar, and that I am really tired of being bothered. Please please, return to me. I am really upset about that whole scenario, and WOn't be handled significantly less than individual. I cope with the general public all day long, and that I might shed my work easily treated people the way in which I've been handled.
