Unauthorized Charges

I have also been charged $14.95/month for the past 2 months... I dont even know what this is! I am going to call and get to the bottom of it and get my money back. Someone needs to do something about this! I never signed up for anything. Isnt it illegal to just be able to take money from someone's bank account? Why aren't the banks doing anything about this?
