Aurora Loan Providers was reluctant to assist us alter our mortgage loan to ensure that us to maintain our home. These were approached on SEVERAL events and paper-work was shipped and/or sent on numerous events to ensure that them to actually take a look at helping people. After much suffering and many, many, many calls, we obtained a notice from their store showing they couldnot help conserve our house from foreclosure since we couldnot create the cost. DUH! We visited them since my spouse and that I were informed our mortgage business works around. They've the capability to alter the mortgage, decrease to interest-only, decrease price, whatsoever. Aurora was not prepared to do something. NOTHING

I got at new work in 2007 and my income was decreased by $25K. Which was our mortgage transaction.

Sadly... Or luckily, we were compelled to document Section 7 bankruptcy and submit our house.
