I completed an application to obtain information about how to use for Government Awards plus they stated that the cost was 1.00 for that Disc. I gave them the info of my CC and also to my amazement my bank account was deited 29.95 without my permission. There is nothing within the text nevertheless that there could be extra costs and that I simply just did this, I've not really received the Disc.
