Chapter 13, mortgage company recv'd no payments, warrant issued, bankruptcy dismissed while lawyer claim she was on vacation

I contacted Legal Helpers to file a bankruptcy to save my home in foreclosure and to pay off debt for a fresh start. Macey & Aleman filed my bankruptcy I paid $1300 a month garnished straight from my check for a whole year. I recv'd a letter in the mail that my bankruptcy was going to be dismissed. Unsure why, I called Joanne Baitup the attorney handling my case, she never returned my call. Finally 2wks later I called the office and she was there I asked her why is my case being dismissed and what do I need to do. She said your case was dismissed yesterday morning. I told her I had been calling her and she never returned my call. She told me she was on vacation for 10 days and I got pissed then because when I was suppose to bring money to them or whatever the case another attorney would take the money or give me whatever info I needed. Thats not what makes them a terrible company that was only the tip of the icebreg. A couple of days later I get a letter saying that it was a warrant issued for my arrest pertaining to something that should have been filed with my bankruptcy had to pay them $480 to remove the warrant. Then I got a call from my finance company for my vehicle and they say they were coming to repo my car or I needed to pay them $10,800 to keep it. Before I filed the bankruptcy I was not even behind on my car note. They said they havent recv'd no payment in one year. I started to trimble and thought okay now I need to call the mortgage company. They said they only recv'd a payment in Dec. Of 2007 when I first filed for $346.12 nothing since then has came in.in order to reinstate my home loan I have to pay $32,900 my up is up for sell April 1st. With little time to fix all this I have to try and make a quik sell on my house and buy a new vehicle or spend more money to re-file with another attorney. Talk about screwing someone over. I don't like to be screwed unless I can feel it and they need be stopped they are past ripping people off they are nothing more but con artist. I am gonna get justice my total lost were $17,594 dollars and I'm in worst shape now than I was when I filed with that amount of money being spent I would've been completely out of debt and have paid their fees 5x over plus paid the phony trustee the got working for them. I could give a hoot what they got going on I just want my money back and I have enough evidence to prove I was totally ripped off!!! And i'm pissed!!!
