American Financial Freedom Service Aka Nightmare Interview at American Financial Freedom on Feburary 4th of 2009 Laguna Hills California

Hello to all, You may want to think twice before you either apply for a sales position if your over 25 or in doing business with AMERICAN FINANCIAL SERVICES. I applied for a sales position with their company via Craigslist, I spoke to their Human Resources Director Jessica, I explained my expertise in the field of Debt Settlement and was asked to interview with her asap. Jessica said she was very impressed with my resume! She set up my interview for the following day. As I waited in their lobby area to be interviewed I overhear the sales personal/managers making off color remarks about their customers (The sales floor office door was left open by a salesperson in wearing jeans and sporting a pair of noisy flip-flops as he was exiting the office, I also noticed he had a cigarette stuck behind his ear...) With the door open I could hear all of the louder conversations with their customers. I heard them saying - - - - "Hang up on that Fu#*king phone, that guys a mooch, -he doesn't have a pot to piss in and can't pay us a dime" and "I don't care if they can't afford the payments, -this is Bullsh*t! It's your job to sign them up, it's not your fault they screwed themselves, -their all just Stupid Fu#*king Nig—ers" followed by group laughter.
After about 5minutes of hearing this BOILER ROOM in action, -it was time to go, I was just beginning stand up from my chair, to walk out of their waiting room when I heard my last named mentioned in the back-round, "We don't hire any old Fu#*k's here, -and that's when Kevin walked around the corner from his office and told me this "I'm Kevin, -look I'm not here to waist my time, were only hiring those with more than 3 years experience in Debt, - (neither Jessica their HR person or their ad mentioned this!) I told him that I overheard him call me a old Fu#*k where I asked him directly what he meant by that, -He refused to answer, instead he ran back inside his office like a scare little school girl. What a nightmare! I should have read their ad more carefully, it did however mention "age" in their ad: "Do yourself a favor and read the entire AD before applying for this position! Here is the bottom line; we need YOUNG, energetic, motivated, positive mined individuals that have the heart & desire to succeed!
