Can't get my direct depsoit

For that thrid time this season i'ved to truly have a substitute card, every time it took two weeks to obtain my direct deposit of the card, i stay from income to salary you-can't believe what i'd to undergo not to be able to give my family to get a month, today the card has expired plus they are telling a card was sent that i never got therefore i got to method two more weeks to pay for my expenses that is unbelivable, iam so stressed out of this i've fall with tiles, i cannot get a lot more. I acquired my brother this same card and she set $48.00 bucks onto it, she's on the repair revenue, she would pay a statement but chose to keep the money around the card incase of crisis, while she visited utilized the card about four months later there is no money around the card, they'd charged her $5.00 monthly only for holding the card that's devastaing. Its a shame these people are getting away with getting individuals hard make money and benefiting from our seniors citizens this needs to be stopped
