Walmart Money Card
GE Money Bank, Green Dot Financial Freezes funds, retains direct deposit paychecks

I got the walmart card for my tax return last year. The IRS deposited my first return with no issues, and i have my paycheck direct deposited twice a month.
I recieved a secondary tax return because I filed an amendment. When my 2nd return came in, they froze my account.
After being told my paycheck direct deposit would be rejected and sent back to my employer, i find out they did not reject my paycheck and they are now holding onto that as well.
I had to fax my ID and my tax return to prove it was for me SEVEN times. Over the course of the last 4 days, ive been told nothing. They are currently holding onto several thousand dollars of my money and I can not get a call back, a resolution or anyone who comes close to speaking english. I was eventually given the number to the corporate green dot office, and i have been unable to get through to anyone yet. I keep being told to leave a message and I will get a call back within 2 business HOURS. Its been 2 days and i still have not received a callback and can not get through. They are essentially holding my money hostage for no reason.
