I've been attempting to correct out a fund cost problem for weeks. Mt minimum fee due was 110.00. I wrote the look for 100 actually in problem.

After I understood my error i named and after being on-hold for 20-plus moments I had been informed to publish the distinction. I did so that-but cost was recd 2 times overdue and my fund cost grew up to 24.75% along side overdue fees. After I named again and kept again for another 25 units the unprofessional individual explained that nothing might be completed. I informed her that I'd pay-off my stability entirely and close the consideration - she responded proceed. Once more I posted cost and when again it confirmed getting two times overdue about the consideration. I find this really unusual. No additional charge card / bill-payment is coming late. Today 2/3/09 I have tried calling again and keep getting a recording telling me my hold time is over five minutes. NO BODY must utilize this company.
