Nasty business practices of Bank of America

Recently, Bank of America tripled the interest rate of my husband's credit card account. A payment was late because they kept sending the bill to the wrong address even after 4 months of contacting them with the correct information. When my husband called to complain about the interest rate hike, they immediately closed his account and mine also even though out names are not on all accounts. This has resulted in a lowering of our credit scores and has affected other accounts.

Bank of AMerica is in Delaware because they have looser lending laws than other places and they have the universal default law which allows other accounts to be affected by other company reports. This is the bank that has been given 45 Billion dollars and more. They are forcing people to have difficulty and they are purposely lowering the credit scores. The FICO system is totally broken.
