Vanderbilt-clayton mortage automated service doesn't take my payments @ night! Vanderbilt sent someone to my home to take pictures!

8 months ago Clayton vanderbilt sent some one to my home to take pictures.
I was only 10 days into the following month! I was told the very next time this happens (no matter if it's 12 months or 12 years) they would take my home!!!

Now I'm so leary to make payments OUTSIDE of the month it's due.
It is 9:58P.M. I call the automated service to pay my bill but the automated service is in a loop!
This is what I'm CURRENTLY experiencing while trying to make a payment RIGHT NOW @ this very moment...:

"Please be advised 1098 will be available Jan 8th on our website..."

IT JUST KEEPS GOING on & on in CIRCLES!!!
How am I to prevent that man they sent last time-
From taking snap-shots of my home again-
When I can't even make a payment for THIS month-
TO stay CURRENT???
Augh!!!
