Repairs never completed, refinance refused while husband out of work

I brought my home from Clayton Vanderbilt in 2005 and I still as to this day don't have all the repairs done or fixed they keep brushing me all, plus when my husband was out of work I ask to refinance and the woman say if I can't pay the 860.00 now that I pay now how could I afford 600.00, honestly I could make the 600.00 a lot better then 860.00 but all they want to do is to try and foreclose instead of helping anyone to try and save their home. I wish there is someone out there to help us little people against the mortgage people
