After having costs against my card refused, and comprehending that there is profit my consideration, I named Credit One customer support and was informed the card had terminated. The cards termination day was 04/11, and so I requested to get a supervisor. The supervisor was not able to clarify why the costs were refused, therefore he explained that I'd receive a brand new card in 7-10 days. Never received it. Named customer support, plus they stated that used to do not receive the card since I didn't revise my change of address, despite the fact that I had been recieving document charges via the email at my new address! After revieving a imitation appology in the supervisor, he explained He'd deliver the brand new card via (2) evening hurry email to my updated address. The card was delivered via normal email to my previous target. Never got it. Named customer support again, got another sincere apology, along with a guarantee that I'd receive the card in (2) times. Did'nt have it. Named again, got an apology, and was informed that I'd obtain the card in 7-10 days. We will notice. Easily do receive the card in (7) days, the sum total elapsed-time from my original criticism before period I really receive the card is likely to be over (21) days. Is the fact that great customer support or what! I do not intend on maintaining this card greatly longer when Iam sure this isn't an isolated event.
