Couldnt use card after activation

This card was bought on 3/26 to get a bill-payment, an internet statement to become precise. I managed to get home to trigger the card, also it was essentially downhill from there. Sooo unsettling since how my statement was due the following day, and also the unique would not come d the email til of a week later. I had been informed that I ought to have browse the conditions and terms. And so I terminated obviously and was also informed I'd get a reimbursement in 7days of rescheduling... Liars. They did not really send the reimbursement til 4days following the phone, and had the nerve to deliver me the actual bank card anway...
