There are many reports about this company on this website but I just wanted to confirm their legitimacy. I just received a call from Tanya, representing this firm and the dialogue/script was exactly as you will read in other posts.

Bottom line it didn't matter what may balances were, they would handle it? She asked some really weak questions about my current credit card debt, nothing that would convince me if I was one of the lending institutions! Nothing could be sent via mail therefor nothing could be guaranteed in writing? She just needed my authorization and a current credit card to bill the $279 processing fee against.

Go to their web page and it is equally as weak.

The entire call just seemed "seedy" and I quickly excused myself. Caveat emptor!!!
