We just received a letter to be picked up at the post office from Ameriquest in regards to a papers not being produced correctly and maybe needs to be looked up by lawyer in case of foreclosure is imminent. Who is sending these things and why and how do they know about the foreclosure issues? Can anyone tell me?

Seems to me that Ameriqeust keeps resurfacing. I thought they were gone for good. They have become a nightmare and a thorn on my side because of how they painted everything and of course, the appraiser wsa the biggest thing to me that took 15 min. Also. I wish there was something I could do because I am facing foreclosure and bankruptcy as at the same time.

I am having a lot of emotional stress along with maybe losing my employment. Seems that since I got that loan, it has been nothing but heartache. That guy was a smooth talker and would not leave me alone and did not let me read my papers just wanted me to sign everything in a hurry. Half the time he would cover it with his hand. I wish I had never met them. If there is someone that can help us, please let us know. CitiResidential is no better. They are also just as bad. We need help.
