Harrasing phone Calls to collect debt of wrong person

I have been receiving phone calls from a collection agency for a few weeks now. Knowing I do not have any outstanding debts (my credit is at good status) I did not pay close attentions to these calls. Which by the way, by the time you pick-up your phone most of the message has been played.

I finally got a call yesterday while I was at work. The only thing is it was my husband who picked-it up. Sean Cooper left a very detailed message about my past due account with my husband for me to call back. I returned the call this morning. Sean not knowing I have had numerous encounters with these type of agency in the past due to identity theft tried to act all smart with me. It comes out to be you shall never be polite to these people. They all think they have power over you (even when you owe them) but in reality they don't. NEVER ALLOW THEM TO INTIMIDATE YOU.

Well he sure called the wrong person; not only because the account was not mine but because he was unable to talk down to me. Now if they are so smart as they claim to be, shouldn't they be able to track down the right person? Well comes out to be this only helped me proof once more just how dumb these people really are! Well they refused to mail out an apology letter even after letting them know the inconvinience their phone call had been to me. This call was a reason of an arguement with my husband and a stressful time thinking my identity had been stolen.
