After contacting this rip off of a company in writing asking for verification of account information the representative stated they cannot verify as the time limit was well over 2 years ago and as such they are not going to remove the item. Contacted the credit bureaus who allegedly verified the information and they did nothing & the fcra stated that if they cannot verify it then it must be removed who is not follow the law here the credit bureaus or these rip offs at midland? Lawsuit is on the way
