Predatory Lending

I used Bank of America to purchase a home. At closing there was almost $12,000.in fees paid to the mortgage broker who originated my loan, which was not disclosed on my truth in lending. When I asked the closing attorney about it, he said I was not supposed to see that. I then spoke to a friend of mine who is in the mortgage business. She basically said I was ripped off and those fees were hidden in my loan.

She suggested I sue BOA, which I am considering at this time.
