My house is being sold at auction on jan 20,09 thanks to them san diego

I hired people first financial mid 2008. They told me not to contact cw. Mort. And they graranteed me a loan modification.

We built our home. We spent every nite and every weekend for 18 mos. Building our dream house our retirement house. We lived in a boy box trailed in relatives backyard while building.

Back to what people financial has done for us. Absoutely nothing but add ten of thousands dollars to the loan. If you want your home, i beg you do not use them.

I have emailes and voice mails stating "don't worry" what a mistake. Our home goes up for auction on jan 20,09

As i sit here in with tear running down my face i can only hope that, if you need a loan mod.in these tuff times you hire an attorney. As people first financial will only take your money and at the the end send you an email stating i'm sorry we were not able to help you. But would like to help you thru the process of helping you move out of your house in a timely matter.

I could write more. But in the end once i again. They guarantee everything and you are the one who is moving in the end not them. I beg you do not use this company or you may be doing what i started a couple of days ago. Garthering boxes and packing up to move out of your dream house. Thank you for reading and best of luck. May we all be able to pick up our lives and move on. And hopefully we will all be able to smile again. P.S. I will be filing a lawsuit against them in the next 10 days.
